This custom ball cap was surprisingly nice. The custom logo came out great and the hat itself is better than I expected. Only drawback is long delivery time. I will buy them again.

Love my new bbq cap, it’s exactly what I wanted. They did an excellent job, took a bit to get here but I’m good with that. Now I have a beautiful cap to go with my bbq shirt. Will definitely purchase the item again.

I had 5 hats different colors made for a Bridal Shower. They are perfect for what it cost and needed them for. Primo did an amazing job with the hats and was extremely helpful and patient in the technology part of how I download the info to him, since I am not tech savvy. Primo excelled in staying in constant communication with me. Primo provided “EXCELLENCE in SERVICE”. Thank you Primo. I leave next week for NY for the Bridal Shower and give the girls their hats. They are going to love them.

If you are looking for an embroidered hat don’t order this it’s only a screen print. But it’s a really good screen print my logo looks great on it so I can’t complain because it’s a really good deal!!

Resolution is very good. I’m not real fond of the rectangular look, but it’s a good product. I can’t say how well it will hold up because they were for gifts.
I accidently ordered them on a blue hat thinking it was a black hat. Although the seller was very much wanting to help me, they weren’t understanding that all I wanted was for the hat to be black, not blue. I gave up because blue was okay. They did try though.
Be careful when choosing your picture. It’s confusing getting the picture so that it will fit correctly. I had to edit my pics for them to fit as I wanted, but at the end it worked work well. Know that once you place the order, you will no longer be able to see the pic you ordered for the hat. So if you’re like me and decided you wanted to order more, you better pay attention to which pic you chose for that order. You’ll only see the basic hat listing when you go back.
Delivery for mine was about 3 weeks which wasn’t bad for a custom order. They are not made in USA so for something to get here in 3 weeks was actually pretty good. It would nice if you knew they were from I guess China though. Expect some, but very little tracking ability.
All in All, they were a good purchase.
