It arrived ahead of schedule. Packed to ensure it was in great shape. Instructions are a little difficult to get started. I ended up having to contact them for help and they were excellent in their response time. They spent over 2 hours walking me through setting up from square one, testing all settings, as well as printing a shirt before finishing their help. Highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with customer service since before we even got the product. It was delivered and we tried all we could to get program up and running (the hubby obvi) and just couldn’t do it, but CS had reached out to us before delivery and said if we needed any help they were available. And they were!! The remote accessed the PC we will use for machine and got it up and running in a matter of hours! Constant contact and communication was key! Now we understand everything! They even removed a lot of junk spam ware off PC! I will continue to purchase from them and will only buy supplies for machine from them. We are so happy and I want to thank Michael for all the time he took from purchase date to delivery date to setup! Such a great product! Took a little bit to get it work but it does work. My problems are:
1. black or dark color shirts are hit and miss.
2. Getting it to print center. It comes with a shirt holder to put on the flat bed that stays down with magnet. The shirt holder is smaller than the flat bed on the machine. The video says how to put it on, but it keeps printing off to one side. It’s noticeable when the shirt is still on the holder.
3. Also the holder sometimes moves off the flatbed.
Would be better if actual center on the flat bed was the center for the printer head. That way I wouldn’t have to spend hours trying to figure out what center is and try to mark it for we knew where the shirt holder had to be placed and not move.
It’s a cheaper solution but not the end all be all
