   Can wear on the golf course and the wind doesn’t blow it off. Packs easily and returns to shape in a jif.

   Nice fit. I really like the shorter brim. I get sun protection without feeling like I am wearing a beach hat to less “beachy” destinations or having my vision obstructed. I have worn it for a month or so now to garden or out and about and have been very happy with it. It even snugs down well over my hair, which is thick and curly and tends to make most hats sit too high or pop right off. The hat cost more than I wanted to spend, but I was happy not to have to return another hat that just didn’t look right. I think the quality is visible in the interior band which, even though I don’t tighten it at all, helps hold the hat just where I put it. (My kids all have Sunday Afternoon hats so I was expecting a well made hat.)

   This hat is the perfect size. The brim is big enough to block the sun but not a “floppy” hat. I wear it in the city, around the neighborhood and while camping. It is foldable to fit into a suitcase but you have to be a bit careful not to let the brim bend in multiple directions or it won’t look perfect when you wear it.

   The leather trim dresses it up just the right amount.
   It also fits well for my head size.
