It has a good amount of stretch to it and they’re true to size. Definitely worth the buy.

These pants are made of a combination of 76% rayon… 22% polyester… And 2% spandex. Even though they have no cotton in the content, they still feel a bit like cotton.
I have the size 28. One thing that drives me crazy about Chinese companies selling pants on Amazon is the fact that they never give you the inseam, so you have no way of knowing if they are going to fit or not the inseam on these genes is approximately 27 ½ inches. There is a metal zipper with a button at the top. The waist indeed measures 28 inches before any stretch. There is some stretch to the waist and they will stretch to about 30 inches comfortably. As you can see in the listing pictures, there are pockets with metal zippers on both legs. Unfortunately, the zippers are not that easy to close. But obviously there are more for looks than anything else.
These genes are made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon.
